Theme
Resistance is a socially undesirable characteristic but one that is nonetheless an integral part of our contemporary lives. As issues arise, we are regularly confronted with our own values, resulting more often than we might expect in emphatic opposition to authority and a profound desire for change. Resistance means building internal strength and living lives that can resist decisions and actions we find to be immoral or unethical. Art, like any person, is an important vector for social change.
