Photographies.

In a public setting, a series of photographs evokes bodily exertion with images of blood, sweat and tears. In what look like promotional posters, the photographs depict the redundancy and double artifice of the titles, with images of imitations of existing products, which themselves in turn are simulations of bodily fluids. And nearby, in Waxworks, the artist poses among wax figures at Madame Tussauds. Standing stock-still, she is trying to become an object like the other effigies surrounding her.
