Noelle Wharton-Ayer- Biography

Noelle Wharton-Ayer

Noelle Wharton-Ayer creates collages that combine silk-screen printing, drawing, and photography from images found on the Web and in her personal archives. These projects delve into the ways in which botany and natural environments can act as a starting point in the construction of personal and familial narratives. Her work has been presented across Québec, in Toronto, France and in Luxemburg, and is included in the collections of the Coopérative Méduse, Engramme, Atelier Imago (Moncton), York University’s Print Media Area Archive Collection (Toronto), and the St. Michael’s Printshop (St. John’s).
